Daniel is known for his love of inspiring others to dream big. He passionately serves his family, his real estate team, and his community. As the team leader, Daniel leads communications, research, showings, negotiations, and oversees all parts of the transaction. Daniel is also the host of The Giving Town podcast, a podcast dedicated to sharing stories of hope and generosity in the town of Newberg, Oregon. You can also find him volunteering, discussing life over coffee, making music, playing basketball, or laughing with someone over a bad “Dad Joke” he just told.

Karen Roberts
Oregon Licensed Real Estate Broker Seniors Real Estate Specialist
Karen is a licensed real estate broker and is certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She has a degree in Economics, and prior to real estate, worked full time in a senior living community. Since her high school days, Karen has enjoyed assisting seniors, enjoying their friendships, and listening to their life stories. She is passionate about assisting seniors as they navigate through the process of buying or selling a home to transition to wherever their path might lead them. Now that she is a senior herself, a highlight of her week is playing Mahjong at the Chehalem Senior Center. Karen remains young at heart, however, and stays very active bike riding, cross country skiing, hiking, backpacking, and playing with her grandchildren.

John Roberts
Oregon Licensed Broker
John is a licensed real estate broker, and like Daniel, is also a degreed engineer. John worked many years in aerospace manufacturing reaching a Director level of management and was also formerly a licensed building contractor. His experience in manufacturing, as well as in home construction and land development bring a unique level of expertise to The Joyful Roberts Group. John helps TJRG stay focused on continual improvement to better serve their clients. To keep up with Karen, John is also very active and young at heart. In addition to cross-country skiing, hiking, and backpacking, John is also a dedicated runner. Regardless of the weather, you will often see him out and about on a run in Dundee or Newberg.

Cassandra Roberts
Marketing Advisor
Welcoming, warm, and caring are words commonly used to describe Cassandra. She is passionate about helping people discover their value and their strengths. As the mom of two young children, Cassandra has stepped into an advisory role helping with the overall marketing strategy. You can find her playing with her kids at a local park, reading a book, or working on her blog, The Joyful Roberts.

Daniel and Karen worked with us to sell our home in Newberg in the spring of 2023. I honestly don't think we could have done it without them. They went above an beyond during every step of the process. We were originally introduced to Daniel through a property manager as we were debating on whether we wanted to rent our home or sell it.
