With a growing population of around 26,000, Newberg does have a small-town vibe, and depending on your perspective, that could be either a pro or a con. Newberg is, however, a very safe town for its size, rated 4th safest in the state of Oregon. I would think that would be a pro in anyone’s mind…except for maybe a con.
